Engineered Deployment: WeatherMax Toy Trailer Cover Large-scale covers require smart material choices to remain manageable. For this toy trailer, we selected WeatherMax for its superior strength-to-weight ratio and “slick” finish. Unlike heavier traditional fabrics, WeatherMax glides over the roof without snagging, making deployment much faster. We integrated a custom pull-line system to assist in positioning the cover from the ground and added dual vertical zippers at the rear. This creates a functional flap that allows full access to the trailer’s rear door without needing to remove the entire shroud.Custom Gazebo Restoration: Rancho Santa Fe High-end outdoor structures often require more than just a standard replacement top. For this imported, concave iron gazebo, we fabricated a custom Sunbrella canopy in Taupe to perfectly match the estate’s poolside aesthetic. To mirror the elegance of the white cast iron frame, we finished the scalloped valance with contrasting white binding.
