Artisanal Branding: Custom Mash Barrel Covers for Cutwater Spirits At the Cutwater Distillery and Tasting Room, every detail contributes to the guest experience. We were commissioned to design and fabricate covers for their massive wooden whiskey mash barrels that wouldn’t just protect the equipment, but enhance the “Old World” aesthetic of the facility. To achieve this, we utilized a custom appliqué process for the iconic Cutwater logos, giving them a natural, hand-crafted appearance that far surpasses standard printing. These covers serve as both a functional shield and a powerful piece of brand storytelling within a high-traffic public space.

Precision Identification: Tactical Appliqué for Naval Operations In maritime environments, identification must be both permanent and legible from a distance. For these Navy landing craft window panels, we utilized a specialized appliqué process to integrate four-digit boat identifiers directly into the fabric. Unlike traditional decals or paints that peel and fade under salt and UV exposure, our sewn-in identifiers are built to last the entire lifecycle of the panel.
